    恢复健身,坚持!

    最近总是感觉有些累,也许确实是有些忙吧。

    搬到石景山一个月了,那次出去买电,看到就在小区东门外有个健身中心,想想有一年多没去过健身房了,前阵子发现,臂力器做10下都很困难,原来可是很轻松的啊~而且,跑步也没坚持下来,这样下去是不行滴,遂决定办一张卡。周五去了一趟,由于近期第一次,又是自己没有保护,卧推只敢推到60公斤,想当初上学那会儿,这分量根本是一点儿都不屑的,慢慢练慢慢加吧,怀念一下推100公斤的日子。做了两组共30个斜面仰卧起坐,跑了3公里,心想着第一次就这样吧,算是给身体做些准备活动,逐步练开。不过,就是这点儿运动量,也导致了昨天和今天腹肌段疼、胸肌酸疼,估计得缓几天。好在跑那几步腿还没疼,要不真没脸活了。说起长跑,高中前一直是我的弱项,大学那会儿坚持每天早上4圈,还真没白练,确实有效果,从毕业到现在一直都是跑起来就没问题,比较庆幸。另外,如果健身的话,我在想,游泳和羽毛球还去不?

    第一次感受工行的“服务”,哦滴神啊,办业务慢的要死,30人愣是排了一个小时,接待我的那个业务员态度冷淡爱搭不理,长相丑的要命,穿衣服又脏又邋遢……交管局赶快把要退给我的养路费打到牡丹卡里面去吧,下次再买电不知道能不能直接在自动柜员机上买,拜服了工行这帮大爷们。
